RingHaven AI is operated by Gamaliel Litvinenko and is responsible for the AI Receptionist Service messaging program. In this policy, “RingHaven AI,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service operated by Gamaliel Litvinenko.
Information we collect
RingHaven AI collects information that customers voluntarily provide when requesting service, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, appointment details, and descriptions of service needs.
How we use information
We use this information only to respond to service requests, schedule and manage appointments, provide requested service updates, notify the relevant service business about the request, and operate our AI receptionist service.
Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be handled by service providers solely to deliver the communications and operate the requested service. Those providers may not use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Transactional SMS program
Customers who expressly opt in during a phone call may receive transactional messages concerning their service request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, technician updates, and service notifications. Message frequency varies according to the service request, generally no more than five messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.
Data protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect collected information and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
